At PlushiePuppy®, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. That's why we offer a leading 120-day warranty.
Warranty Conditions:

Defects or Non-Functional Parts: If something is wrong with your PlushiePuppy® or it isn't working properly, we guarantee the product. Contact us within 120 days of purchase for a replacement or full refund. You will need:
- A description of the defect.
- A photo of the defect or the part that needs replacement.

Usage and Wear: We are not responsible for PlushiePuppy's that have been chewed on. Please check our "How to Use PlushiePuppy Headline on the product page" for tips on preventing this.
Warranty Claims:
- Submission Process: Submit your warranty claim by emailing us at plushiepuppy@hotmail.com. Include a description and photo of the defect.
- After the Warranty Period: If your warranty has expired after 120 days, please still contact us. We will do our best to assist you in any way possible. Send us an email or contact us via the web chat (bottom right corner).
Return Conditions:
- Defective or Incorrect Items: Items that arrived defective or were delivered incorrectly can be returned for a replacement or full refund. Please send us photos of the defect.
- Unsatisfactory Products: If you are simply not satisfied with the product, it can be returned within 120 days. The shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer.
Replacement Parts:
- At our discretion, we may provide you with replacement components for higher-wear parts at no cost to you. Simply write us an email at plushiepuppy@hotmail.com.
