1. Remove the battery's of the Device: Before washing, make sure to remove the battery's of the device from the PlushiePuppy. This ensures that the electronic components do not get damaged during the washing process.
2. Machine Washable on Gentle Cycle: Place the PlushiePuppy® in a laundry bag or pillowcase to protect it during the wash cycle. Wash it on a gentle cycle using cold water. This helps maintain the integrity of the soft materials and prevents damage.
3. Use Mild Detergent: Use a mild, pet-safe detergent to clean the PlushiePuppy®. Avoid using bleach or harsh chemicals as they can damage the fabric and any Velcro closures.
4. Avoid Fabric Softener: Do not use fabric softener when washing the PlushiePuppy®. Fabric softeners can degrade the strength of the Velcro pocket closures and may leave residues that are not safe for pets.
5. Air Dry Only: After washing, let the PlushiePuppy® air dry completely. Avoid using a tumble dryer as the heat can damage the materials and affect the functionality of the heartbeat device pocket.

• Washing Instructions: Remove the heart device before washing. Wash the PlushiePuppy® on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Air dry it, and do not use fabric softener as it can degrade the Velcro closure.
